`spOccupancy` temporarily off of CRAN #43

spOccupancy temporarily was removed from CRAN, but I should have the package back up there within the next few days. In the mean time, the package can be installed from GitHub with devtools::install_github("doserjef/spOccupancy"). Apologies for the inconvenience this causes.
