Typos and some more #38

Hi,

I've read through the vignette SBDI4R.Rmd and made some suggestions for changes.

  1. I made a number of commits to make it easier for you to pick the changes you like and don't.
  2. There were Latex macros that didn't render, so I changed the ones I saw to RMarkdown.
  3. Currently the chunk at lines 124-133 with a call to occurences fail. I've inserted the error message as a comment. I haven't tested the chunks that follow from there.

I haven't read particularly carefully, and there is a lot of text, so there might be more things.
