There is no specific scatterplot-tool function in ALA4R but the corresponding can be done after data retrieval with ALA4R and standard R packages. Build scatterplot-tool function or just provide example with workflow?

Also add/show possibilities to plot occurrences (e.g. frequencies) against one or more environmental variables (current scatterplot tool only plots presences against 2 or more variables) - like in Example 4 at https://atlasoflivingaustralia.github.io/ALA4R/articles/ALA4R.html for species richness.

Hi @markusSMHI, this function is in the master branch (the package will soon change repository). I made some chancges to it so the package installation has no problems, and avoided the fields= argument to be "all" by default. I also added a WARNING message for the users

Hi @aleruete , Thanks! I'm looking into details on the plotly scatterplot function, but I will not work on the function on the new repository right now, just tesing on my local installation. I assume that you and others that participated in the workshop are working on the fields selection to group them inte e.g. marine etc.?
