Survey forms: summary fields should be part of the observations table

Currently summary fields, like total number of individuals and total number of species on a point and line are a separate table. They would ideally be an additional row in the table

The way things are now it would be hard to have an elegant solution:

• the form engine would have to be modified to recognize that an individual row of a table requires a different behaviour from the other rows, ie. the column that is species now would have to be read-only and have the name of the statistic (e.g. Total number of individuals (on the point)), the other fields would have to be computed and read-only
• currently all table rows are defined in the same way
• make sure new rows (when button Add Row) is clicked are added below the last row with the species observation and before the last summary row

found a way around it using "footer" in viewType "table" for sums of columns Here is an example that helped: https://fieldcapture-test.ala.org.au/preview/index?name=viewTableExample.json however, there can only be one footer so to get more rows it would still require the change described above
