5 years ago @kyook what are the entities in the "invalidated links" list? I didn't remove anything.
Also, some links are acting strangely- in the paper there's a mention of pbp1p,
By Western blotting, levels of pbp1p-S436A tagged at its carboxy terminus with the HA epitope are not significantly different from...
This entity was not linked (grey); I clicked it to highlight it and it became blue, but clicking again did nothing (no link info popup), and the "add link" button remained greyed out. I just checked that link again after submitting and it didn't link- I resubmitted it to publisher. Is this expected for some reason? @nathandunn

5 years ago Hi @suzialeksander. Looking at it now, it looks ok to me. The object was linked. See screenshot. Because it was linked, the linking icon is greyed out. Clicking on the linked entity itself did result in a pop-up.
I suspect there are lags between the linking server and your server. I spoke with @nickstiffler today about other strange behaviors I noticed with yeast papers and he thinks it is this server distance lag. It is impacting the timing of the "send to publisher" alert.
From now on, would you post tool issues on this other issue tracker: https://github.com/bioentity/Bioentity.link/issues let me know if you can't access it. Nick Stiffler is handling most of these fixes so feel free to '@' him.
The invalidated link list is something that Nathan set up and you should ignore for now. We will be working on this when we get a chance.
