4 years ago Hi @kyook, there's some weirdness with markup in this paper and not sure if that's markup or from the journal.
Alleles with SGA score £ -0.1 and a corrected p-value £ 0.05 were called
have a ratio of AUC plus/minus AZC twofold or greater than that of the control strain (P £ 0.05).
a gene which overlaps with the 5¢ coding sequence
Other than that it's ready to send back to publisher.
