@nickstiffler I removed all links to "up" as it occurred within the gene name wupA. It was removed from the link table and looked to be removed from the html text as expected, but when I refreshed the paper, the link is back in the text. I looked at the Linked XML and the links still exist there: suggest that most of the CRISPR/Cas9 mutants we induced in the w

up

I haven't been checking the linked file after I delete a link, so this is pretty scary. Would you please take a look?
