2 months ago Hi Stacia, here is a new one, again there are a lot of links. I hope there is not a lot of editing to do. If you can think of anything to make things easier, please let me know. Something I do to cut down on linking is 1. not link things that are part of complexes as I consider the 'bioentity' the complex itself rather than the individual proteins. 2. not link genes or proteins that are hyphenated with words like -regulated, -associated, -dependent, etc, again because the 'entity' in these instances are not the gene/protein itself but the concept. 3. not link any gene in abbreviated references to groups of genes, ex. nope1-5, where we know they are talking about nope1, nope2, ...etc. I leave all of that unlinked for consistency. I hope that helps. Ultimately though, it is up to you what you want to link or not link, there are no real rules here.
