hi @aoifelarkin for some reason the system ran through SDG genes for linking as well to link Spt5. I set those links to the fly gene link and checked the others to make sure they were set to flybase. So you shouldn't need to worry about that. As an FYI Here is a snapshot of how I set it to go to flybase instead of the yeast protein, hope it makes sense.
