This section needs a lot more information. Current suggested subsections are:
using job files
inspecting intermediate results
using cwlprov
There's some information on inspecting intermediate results - but we need to add more examples for cwlprov, and for using job files (the latter of which, I'm not 100% clear about what we mean).
Probably we should also refer back to the 'incremental tests' section here - perhaps using the discussion of intermediate results here for explaining how to create datasets for incremental tests?
