This PR updates the interactive demo for MicroHapulator. An update was badly needed to provide clearer language and incorporate software improvements. Along with the updated demo, a primer on forensic DNA typing was added to the documentation suite.
Other minor changes.
The CLI of the mhpl8r contrib command was simplified.
A minor (and probably recently introduced) bug with mhpl8r diff writing to STDOUT was fixed.
A null haplotype index is no longer reported for genotypes called from a typing result.
