Add callplots, clean up marker detail HTML

The MicroHapulator analysis pipeline already generates M x N haplotype call plots for each of the M markers and N samples. As of yet, these plots have not been integrated into the HTML report. This branch adds a new section to the marker detail report to display these call plots.

Closes #149.
