Having the ability to just run a simple assembly without a config file would be nice to have.
The purpose of the config file is to enable complex assembly instructions for multiple samples. Because of the amount of details needed to fill in the config file, it would be nice to create a YEAT command that takes in reads and just simply, assemble.
As discussed above, creating a free CLI entry point would be necessary for this feature.
