Slideshow does not work with P3D #8

The Slideshow example provided with the library does not work correctly if P3D 
is used. A grey screen appears but nothing else. Sketches are still running in 
the background, but are not displayed in the main sketch window.

This error was reported on the Processing forum. It can be avoided by leaving 
the default JAVA2D renderer for the master sketch (ie the one that contains all 
the slides). Any embedded sketch can use P2D or P3D without problems. There may 
be some other issues with embedding OPENGL sketches which we will investigate.
