Minimum version for prerequisites? #14

Maybe let the user know some minimum versions (that we know work) on the https://github.com/biohackrxiv/bhxiv-gen-pdf#prerequisites section?

Thanks for the good suggestion, I've added a link to Dockerfile so that one can refer to the versions of requirements!
