Some QC coming in to help submitters

Added tests and error checking. Also extra metadata headers that get overridden on 'Other':

I have added 3 metadata fields in the YAML header so you can fill in your own biohackathon details:

  biohackathon_name: "NBDC/DBCLS BioHackathon - Other"
  biohackathon_url:   "http://2019.biohackathon.org/"
  biohackathon_location: "Fukuoka, Japan, 2019"
