Some sites in the docs not available #292

These give 404s: https://bioimage.io/docs/#/consumer_software/tutorials https://bioimage.io/docs/#/consumer_software/explanations found by @KateMoreva

Thanks @constantinpape Those pages are non-existent and I'm not sure how much effort should we put into them as they refer to the documentation for each specific software. I can create a very basic page with the logo of each of the consumers and redirect the user to each software's documentation about the BMZ in case they have, or the general user guide. The software would be: Ilastik, ZCDL4M, deepImageJ, ImJoy, QuPath, StarDist and CSBDeep. Any other idea?
