I was trying many of the models in the BMZ together with @k-dominik to run them in the browser and we found that the bioengine is probably not taking the last version of the models and therefore, it fails to run any inference.
The following model is an example of it. The format of the first version was not correct, the model has been updated several times, but when running the bioengine, you can see that the zenodo version displayed is the one of the very first version of the model.
