Most links are broken on the doc

Hi!

Is it possible to update your doc a little please?

Ex: The following links are broken:

• https://bioimagesuiteweb.github.io/bisweb-manual/CommandLineTools.html
  • "Our download webpage"
• https://bioimagesuiteweb.github.io/webapp/binaries.html
  • "can be accessed from this webpage."

Also, on the download page, the only listed versions are from 2018 and 2019. Is that up-to-date? I see that there's a lot of work going on in the devel branch.
