Add scatterplot and histogram generators to main repo #81

This has the code for both the histogram and the scatter plot. Data can be displayed when dropping a json file that is generated from https://github.com/KolCrooks/ChartData2JSON onto it. This is not the best place to put the displays but there is not enough time to find a better one. The elements are added into the connviewer page
