INSTALL.md in Sibelia-3.0.4-Linux.tar.gz says irrelevant things about compilation.

No, #156 is about INSTALL.md in Source.tag.gz, while this one is about irrelevant INSTALL.md in Linux.tar.gz (it has installation instructions for source, and not but binary).

Added a note that there is no need to install Sibelia in case of binary distribution.
