1) Run Maker with Arabidopsis masked genome and Medicago proteins (better not all chromosomes to all because it's time-consuming). 2) Ask biologists about GFF3 output and what to do next 3) (?) Parse Maker output and write down some results 4) Sum up all the thing and then commit the result to week_3-4
