Query regarding simulation #5

Hi, As there are no tools to simulate the circRNA reads. So in your paper, you used nanosim for simulated reads. Can you just simplify the process of simulation which you did in your paper. I just want to know how you did the simulation for the circRNA reads. It's very helpful for me to replicate your data also. Thanks in advance

Nice suggestion, I will add the simulation pipeline in the next release version.

Not very soon, I'm too busy to summarize these data and scripts right now.

If you are in a hurry, maybe you could probably try following the instructions from the "methods" section in our CIRI-long paper.
