sample_index does not exist Exiting now #61

大佬好，我使用ciriquant的时候经常卡住，log里报错 ciriquantout/GSE113330/circ/SRR7029672_index" does not exist Exiting now ... ，我看了之前的问题修改了线程，但是尽管是4线程还是2线程依然会报错，这是我的log。 SRR7029672.log image

节点的内存是512g

从日志来看是CIRI2运行过程中出错，导致没有输出circRNA的识别结果。circ目录下的sam文件有多大？
