It's a very useful tool to identify circRNAs and perform the downstream analyses. I have a question about the DE analysis outputs that CIRIquant generates. As there is no column named "p-value", do the outputs mean all the DE circRNAs under the p-value threshold which you set in the command line before? And can we get the specific p-value for each DE circRNA? Thanks very much for your reply!
