If the user does not want to install things related to R visualizations, they should be able to do so. Currently, all packages are required, which could be a significant burden for users that are not interested in them, especially if some of these packages are not easily configurable.
Additionally, some R packages are not really necessary. We should investigate which ones could be removed and update the dependencies and all documentation that mentions them in the installation guide or anything else.
