Hello,
I am running SCSA for a single cell sample that is enriched with hematopoietic stem cells. The largest cluster when annotated with SCSA gives the following 3 annotation possibilities:
Cycling basal cell Late activated neural stem cell Mesenchymal progenitor cell
However, there are no Z scores associated with these annotations. This is the only cluster (of 6) where no scores are provided.
In what situations would SCSA fail to provide Z scores, but still suggest a cell type? Thanks!
Only one cell type was given which was not able to execute the z-score conversion.
