Allow input column name avg_log2FC for Seurat #25

In the latest Seurat update, the default behavior is to output the log fold change with a base of 2 like other DE packages. avg_logFC uses natural log. It would be great if both options were allowable.

Thanks for SCSA, very easy to use. It would be great to have LFC option as suggested by @jjacobson95. Meanwhile, we may be need to do the conversion, outside, twice.
