I started using the tool to calculate TMB by whole exome sequencing. Thanks for developing it!
As I usually annotate my VCFs with Ensembl VEP, I tried to create a configuration file for annotation based on VEP.
I would like to share the file which hopefully could help someone. Anyone who has more experience working with VEP is very welcome to help me improve it :)
