Which bed file should be used for input. #7

Hi. We performed WES using Agilent SureSelect V6 and there are four bed files for this kit.

S07604514_AllTracks.bed
S07604514_Covered.bed
S07604514_Padded.bed
S07604514_Regions.bed

For pyTMB, I dont know which bed file should be used as an input.
