pri-miRNA variants #12

I've found some interesting results regarding variants in primary microRNA sequences, but cannot seem to find databases of primary microRNA annotations for my species (Xenopus).

Is there a database of these sequences? Or perhaps was the output intending to label these as pre-miRNAs instead?

ah- I just realized that I had used a genome alignment setting, and it's probably pulling the primary sequences from there. Please disregard.
