FileNotFoundError at /srnade/result – [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'de/ttest' #25

Hi,

I am currently trying to find a suitable platform for the analysis of a miRNA-project, and was looking forward to seeing if sRNAtoolbox would be the solution. However, upon a test-run with 5 fa.gz-files, I cannot find a workaround to avoid this error message.

I have 5 files with 2 groups, which I have defined/ annotated after the expression profiling. Now I am trying to run the DESeq. A brief look at the results I obtained after step 1 does not reveal major problems. I have run the DESeq in R myself before, so I now the data "works". If needed, I can send the raw-files, though it does not quite look like a problem from my side?!

I have the complete error-log file attached. FileNotFoundError at :srnade:result.pdf

it is possible that we had a temporary hiccup at this particular time, did you try rerunning your job? It should work now. Sorry for the late reply.
