Software unable to download accession numbers #4

Hi, whenever I submit the job after putting in the list of accession numbers in sRNA bench, the server displays 'could not download the accession files'. 20220812_175308 Can someone please help.

Retrieval from SRA is not very stable and will fail at times. We're trying to find solutions/alternatives but it's not an issue related to our implementation. They normally solve it after some hours (sometimes days) or you can also download the samples manually and then upload them to sRNAbench as fastq.
