Unable to submit multiple files #6

Hello everyone, I'm trying to submit multiple files (about 50) for the sRNA profiling usign sRNAbench online version. However, after uploading all files and set the parameters for the analysys, it returns me a 'proxy error' after few minutes of 'processing' . This error occurs in the last few days. It was never experienced before, also when running several files. Thanks in advance for the support, Stefano

Hi Stefano, several people have recently reported a similar issue when uploading large amounts of samples (>20). The hardware that hosts the service is shared with other duties and it may become heavy at times. Can you provide the jobID so we can help you out?

Hi,

I have the same issue, unable to run the uploaded files (62). It returns the "proxy error" message. My jobID is HAGR2IMFWC6MBF1. Will appreciate very much any help. Thanks, Souren
