Hello everyone,

I'm trying to use miRNAconsTarget on the web server with Miranda, PITA and TargetSpy. After two days running I got the following message:

ERROR: An error occurred with your job:I3BS9XC0INSR671 Please report it indicating the jobID

I would like to know what went wrong because in the Error log file nothing is specified.

Thanks for the support!

Dear @analaura1202

we were not able to find a job with that id. Did you launch it long ago? jobs are automatically deleted after aprox 15 days.

Hi @sert23 ,

Thanks for your response. The ID works for me, I launched a week ago.

Today I launched another analysis and I got the same error. Job ID: WI9A00VABHLUV23

Thank you!

There was an unexpected error. Please report it using the following code API8WWCKULVV6C5.I have been having this problem, which makes me very confused. What step did I do wrong?

sert23 commented 1 year ago

please @ourSherlock, open a new thread for a completely different error (your job is sRNAbench). Additionally, I checked your ID and all jobs finished. Is it possible that this appeared when you tried to generate a matrix?

is there an exact approach to use the miRNAconsTarget tool locally? I have tried installing the docker image and it runs to completion with the demo data but reports no targets founds with miranda and PITA. It also reports a not found error for the targetspy tool.
