Missing licensing information #1

Perhaps ftp://ftp.broadinstitute.org/pub/crd/Discovar/LICENSE should be included?

Thanks for pointing it out! Actually that very open licensing and open attitude from the broad guys and the discovar team in particular made lots of our efforts easier... let's hope the wheel keeps spinning.
