could VarSim simulate WES CNV? #141

Hi yunfeiguo ,

as title, I want to simulate CNVs in WES data

Is this tool able to simulate variant in WES mode?

@Eric4Wu varsim can do region-specific simulation, but will not have the characteristic depth distribution of WES or other capture-based resequencing. @marghoob
