Feature request: Output file #4

Hi,

sorry if this is not the appropriate forum, but it would be useful (or rather necessary, really) to add an 'outfile' option to Bayesembler. As it stands, it will write into the same folder from where it is run and always create a statically named file (assembly.gtf). This makes it somewhat frustrating to use it in pipelines or other complex workflows.

Hi March,

Thank you for directing our attention to this issue. We will definitely include this feature in the next major release, which we are working on right now and expect to have ready early next year. If you (or anybody else) need this feature right away, please inform us on this thread and we will consider issuing a small patch to the current release with this feature.
