In CONTRIBUTING.md, you might consider including some information on the Hub's policy on licensing of contributed material. Potential contributors may want to know, before they submit their material, the license under which it would be published, and the rights they will retain as the author.
You're using a CC-BY-SA license for this repository itself, which may be what you/your members would also prefer for the contributed material - the author would be acknowledged, the original material would be linked to, and anyone re-using/adapting the material from here would be required to publish it under the same open terms (these are all good things IMO!).
But this license may be incompatible with the existing license of material that some members would consider contributing - in which case it would be very helpful for them to know in advance.
