Description

Resolves #1. This PR is to migrate tests from aicsimageio to bioio-ome-zarr. Additionally this PR tunes ome-zarr from the cookiecutter version for internal development and testing.

Testing

Tested integration locally with bioio-base 0.3.0, locally passing unit tests.

I think for future plug-ins it would be useful to see the reader and reader_metadata as part of this diff too
