Update biounit generation #11

Biounit generation has been switched by default to multichain biounits, although the multimodel biounits can still be generated. Described in https://github.com/biojava/biojava/issues/572.

The biological assembly chapter https://github.com/biojava/biojava-tutorial/blob/master/structure/bioassembly.md has to be updated.
