Build setup #10

We now deploy a static version of the registry-ui to S3 (and cloudfront) - so if anyone wants to start a build setup this can be added to travis file :)

I guess the biggest benefit of a build script would be to concat all js files into one script (or sth. like external and custom) ;-) At the moment we use 25 different scripts - so quite a lot..

This is now done in c8b203a42da487ff97244aa0b8fa6480b3d7b18b ;-) At the moment we don't minify imgs ..
