Please add a AppData application description #30

Please consider writing and installing an AppData file with the application description and some screenshots, else applications looks really bad in the GNOME Software Center. See http://people.freedesktop.org/~hughsient/appdata/ for details; thanks!

Great, thanks -- one small problem: http://people.freedesktop.org/~hughsient/appdata/#metadata_license -- this is a required tag required for licensing reasons. Thanks!

@hughsie Done, sorry, I never wrote an appdata file... Can you please have a look at data/nifti2dicom.metainfo.xml too? I'm not sure about which file(s) is(are) actually needed...

I don't think you need the metainfo; does nifti2dicom install any plugins or fonts?

No, it installs one desktop application and one console application

I think you can delete the metainfo file then. Desktop applications only need one desktop file and one appdata file.
