Write explicitly the allowed routes in XTENS

TODO:

close blueprints actions and then connect routes to every existing method (models edit methods).
Comment unused methods ( buildHierarchy dataType, migrate - migrateCGH - populatedb Main)
Close blueprints shortcuts
Then ensure all tests continue to pass
