[ ] How can we reproduce the problem?

This has been happening since 27 Apr at least, This happens from Chrome, or Firefox or Edge, same problem, click on the "download" from any workflow: Example:

Operating system: Windows 10 pro 64
Orange version: 3.28
How you installed Orange: conda

Can confirm, but moving to orange-hugo.

I "fixed" this by restarting the server. For a permanent solution, we should do implement #243.
