Use Hugo's native scss translation instead of gulp #270

This makes for easier deployment and development. Fewer dependencies == happier me.

I am intentionally not minimizing it, because with it I only gained 20%. I am not explicitly compressing it because this is up the server. And I don't think we need to take care of autoprefixing.

This PR was OK'ed by @mitjapotocin, who also wished for minimization. Maybe after we remove bigger size offenders. :)
