Release 3.36.1; add ARM MacOS installer

This PR changed the version of Orange to 3.36.1.

It also adds an arm MacOS installer to the website. Changes connected to ARM installer:

The download button is only visible when the browser knows computer architecture (usually in Chrome and Firefox (in Firefox, only ARM can be detected, but we cannot be completely sure for intel). The mechanism doesn't work in Safari.
The user can select between Intel and ARM bundle below the download button.
I added a short text on how to use the architecture.

Btw. I would also remove the marked section since it duplicates the buttons above.

I'd rather remove the buttons, because now you need to choose. The button was there so that a user could most easily get the recommended option. Which means that either:

We succeed to detect the platform in Javascript and show a single recommended button or
We show none.
