Windows build with GH Actions

[PrimozGodec]

Appveyor introduced an annoying limit of max 1024 MB download per day.

This and some other reasons made me start working on building installers with GH Actions. This is a test run, not finished

• [x] Maybe clone Orange with actions
• [x] Pretty names for both builds
