How did you install Orange?

It is an Andaconda install

If you are using Anaconda, you should follow instructions from our website: https://orange.biolab.si/download/#windows (see Anaconda section). This also means you are not using the latest version of Orange, because you have most likely not set the correct channel. Hence the add-on cannot be installed properly.
