Line Chart is unable to rescale axes

In most widgets, it is possible to scale the axes by two-finger dragging (and presumably also by using the mouse scroll wheel) but the Line Chart widget does not support this. One would imagine that it should be possible to import that functionality into the Line Chart.
[ ] How can we reproduce the problem?

I attach a random .ows with a Line Plot widget and a Line Chart widget. Open the widgets and two-finger drag over the axes. In the Line Plot this will scale the axes, in the Line Chart it does not. One also notes that the axis labels are located differently in the Line Chart widget.

Actually, I think this is a duplicate of issue 56.
